Shipping information

All business orders are shipped with a track-and-trace code.  If an order is delivered to a collection point, it is the customer's responsibility to collect it on time. If the package is returned, shipping costs will be charged again.

Please be aware, as a customer, you are responsible for any additional costs (VAT) that customs may charge. If you refuse to pay these costs, the package will be returned by the shipping company, and we do not refund the shipping costs in such cases.

Shipping time
Orders placed before 6 pm CET will typically be shipped the same day, only on business days. This does not apply to orders that contain pre-orders or back orders. We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours, but delays of 2-3 business days may occur, especially after restocking. During busy periods, it may take up to 4-5 business days. The most accurate shipping time can be found at the top of our website.

November/December
Delays are limited, but please be aware that during the busiest time of the year, delays of 2-3 business days may happen. We are obligated to keep our staff safe and limit the load on our shipping companies. We hope for your understanding.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are dependent on the weight of the shipment and will be calculated at checkout.

  • The Netherlands (national orders) with PostNL - Starting from €6 (depending on weight) 
  • European Union + UK with DPD - Starting from €8,95 (depending on weight) 
  • The rest of the world with UPS and DHL EXPRESS - Starting from €17,95 (depending on weight) 

Please note, business orders are not eligible for free shipping.

Custom duties
We are not responsible for any additional charges or taxes that may apply. If a package is refused, the shipping costs will not be refunded, and the return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you choose not to pay these fees, the shipping company will return the package, and in such cases, shipping costs will not be refunded and the return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
